Paperless, what a concept! We visit facilities all the time where there is a dependency on paper. It usually comes down to business practices that simply have not caught up with the tools available. There is always a change management issue when taking away paper and replacing it with a screen. Something about that piece of paper seems so authentic. Yet the reality is that the information on the paper came from the business system! And in fact, it is likely that the information is more current within the system.
