The comment we love to can hear from a customer after their operations switch over to CS1 is, "Wow, that wasn't so bad after all", as they breathe a sigh of relief. Implementing a new business system impacts every aspect of the operation and requires a solid plan and dedication from everyone involved to carry it out. By following all the steps laid out in our proven cutover plan, we have been able complete the implementation with with little impact to the day to day business, and most imporatantly, no disruption in supplying product to the end customers.
